Full Journal pdf1994-05-10 House Journal Page 4340 HB 397 Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 4297) on the following at this time: CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 397(FIN) "An Act relating to the power to levy property taxes in second class cities." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR SS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 397(JUD) (same title) 1994-05-10 House Journal Page 4341 HB 397 There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Phillips moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSSSHB 397(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSSSHB 397(JUD), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSSSHB 397(FIN)?" The roll was taken with the following result: SCS CSSSHB 397(JUD) Concur YEAS: 34 NAYS: 3 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 3 Yeas: Barnes, Brice, Brown, Bunde, Davies, B.Davis, G.Davis, Foster, Green, Grussendorf, Hoffman, Hudson, James, Kott, Larson, Mackie, MacLean, Martin, Menard, Moses, Mulder, Nicholia, Nordlund, Olberg, Parnell, Phillips, Porter, Sanders, Sitton, Therriault, Toohey, Vezey, Williams, Willis Nays: Davidson, Hanley, Navarre Absent: Carney, Finkelstein, Ulmer And so, the House concurred in the Senate amendment, thus adopting SCS CSSSHB 397(JUD). The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate. SCS CSSSHB 397(JUD) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
